What are the delivery times ?

We take 24 to 48 hours to process your orders, then 2 to 4 days to deliver them to you.*

What are the delivery costs?

At MaLya, we ship your order within 24/48 hours .

For delivery, we offer the Tracked Letter option, which ensures receipt within 2 to 3 days for a price of €3.50 .

How do I track my mail?

Once your order has been processed, we will email you a link containing your interactive tracking number. This link will redirect you directly to the carrier's web page (La Poste).

What happens if my package is not delivered to my address?

If a package could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to obtain the correct address and arrange redelivery. Please note that in this case, delivery costs for returning the package will be your responsibility and you will be charged €3.50. We remind you to always check your delivery information before finalizing your order to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

Can I change my mind?

It's completely natural to change your mind. This is why, if you are not completely satisfied with your pajamas once received, we offer you a period of 14 days to return your order.

However, we ask that you please respect the return conditions detailed below so that the process goes smoothly.

What are the return conditions?

Your jewelry and accessories must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging allowing them to be re-marketed in new condition. Products damaged voluntarily or involuntarily, soiled or incomplete are not returned or refunded.

Do I have to cover the return costs?

If you change your mind after receiving your order, the return costs are your responsibility. To make your return, we recommend that you go to your post office and opt for tracked shipping.

What is the reimbursement time and method after a return?

As soon as we have validated your return, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days. This refund will be credited to the payment method you used during the purchase.

If my jewelry breaks, can I have it repaired?

MaLya jewelry benefits from a one-year warranty from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, we can repair your jewelry, provided that this is technically possible. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For any repair request, please send an email to contact@malya.fr with photos of the damaged jewelry before returning it to us.
